I go here almost everyday for my kids. Normally its ok but today my mobile order got canceled by the store for whatever reason and I got my refund back. I tried to reorder using the App special 20 piece nugget with 40% off. I waited 15 minutes to reuse special but now its gone it said I used it but never got it. Manager did not help or try to help

Nothing fancy just an ordinary McDonald’s restaurant. I feel like every time I go I’m disappointed. They constantly forget something from my order. Bought a mighty meal for my son and they gave him a doll and when I addressed this I got a stank attitude. 👎🏾. Update. Still the worst. Ordered my coffee with cream. Is the cream in the building with us?????

Cookies were cold and McDonald's Corp. says they are supposed to be served warm. Coffee was lukewarm and I had to fight with them to give me another cup of hot coffee. I know I should be going someplace else for coffee like a Starbucks or a Dunkin' Donut and not a McDonald's. As for the cookies, it's hard to understand how they could get that wrong. It's really disappointing especially since the cookies are $1.19 each.

The pan handling is out of control when trying to pay for your food at the window.
This McDonald’s has the worst management I’ve ever seen. The managers are disgusting they sit around talking to each other and to ransom people instead of actually doing their jobs. They talk down to employees and don’t show any professionalism at all. The service is extremely slow, and while customers are waiting forever for their food, the managers are just standing around instead of helping. Very dirty environment and very poorly run. I would not recommend coming here.

I usually don’t write reviews, but my experience at this location was really disappointing. The store felt very unorganized the cashier was running back and forth trying to handle multiple things, which left me waiting a long time for my food. I asked to speak with a manager, and instead of helping, she had an attitude not just with me but even with the staff. That felt very unprofessional. On top of that, the bathroom was extremely dirty, and there were people inside the store constantly asking customers for money, which made it uncomfortable to sit and eat. I do want to point out that the cashier, & the man handing out drinks, and the young lady who brought my food were all respectful and kind, so this isn’t about them. But overall, the management and cleanliness really need improvement. Unfortunately, I’d rate this visit a 0/10.
