Instead of actually making fresh fries, the worker lazily grabbed the ones sitting on top and gave them to me like I wouldn’t notice. At this point, it felt like they didn’t care at all. Not only was this disrespectful, but it was also completely unacceptable. If I’m spending my money, I expect fresh food and decent service—not attitude, laziness, and poor quality.
This location seriously needs to reevaluate its employees and train them properly on how to handle customers. The fact that I had to go back twice just to get what I paid for is ridiculous. I shouldn’t have to beg for fresh food at a restaurant. McDonald’s needs to do better because this level of service is unacceptable.

The good is they don't screw up my orders. The bad is they're often understaffed so you have long waits at times and you're usually asked by homeless people inside for money or to buy them something.

Manager refused to give a customer a order that was not clean by any customer and chose to stay that I'm going. Eat it instead of giving it to the customer. That politely acts multiple times as nobody came. But the manager would ask the attitude saying that she's going to drink it because she wants it and doesn't want to give it to a customer that pay for Emil already. I ordered medium fries and a medium coffee. My niece ordered a carmel frappé and a large coke with her $5.00 meal deal. I watched as they had our order on the stand, and it took 15 minutes for someone to hand it to my niece. The server wanted to give her a paper bag to carry all three drinks in. We had to ask for the drink caddy to carry the drinks home.
This is the third time this has happened. The customer service is horrendous. The employees act as though they don't want to work. I live a five minute walk from this location. It's one of the worst McDonald's because of the lack of quality customer service.

I don't share reviews often, but the sad thing is, despite a simple coffee order they messed it and upon my request that it's tooo milky and is cold like ice coffee, I got a ride answer that I am the one who didn't know how to order coffee, BUT my order was simple, "SMALL HOT COFFEE, LITTLE EXTRA MILK AND SWEET" how come this phrase make coffee white and sweet like candy ?
