Even when the store is slow, it takes 10 minutes to get just fries and a drink. Fries I see sitting there and a fountain drink that takes a few seconds to pour. Happened too many times. Waste of time here

The food quality seems to be very good here, though I have only been here a few times and have tried only a few items on their menu. There is fast and friendly and polite service. One of the reasons why I am giving 3 stars is because maybe they need some security to deter the lower grade customers like in this morning who used such abusive and vulgar language over a purchase and bathroom issue. I immediately felt unsafe in the line behind this customer since they were behaving badly, and it seemed risky. It's also very awkward when customers are discussing very private and graphic sexual facts in this public setting not realising this restaurant is not their bedroom. The location is directly across from a very reputable park and many friendly dogs are in the area. I will be back here, but I have numerous options in NYC. If a few important changes occur here, it could quickly start earning 5 stars every day.
Today is a new day from this original post, and first thing I noticed upon entering is some guys passing a bottle of what appeared to be alcohol before 11 am, which I politely informed the manager about , unfortunately, the energy and strictness of rules which was conveyed to these customers also maybe put the manager in that state of mind and it caused some confusion and unpleasant experience, however with wise attempts to understand it makes sense that this was only context specific because I did receive my wonderful food and some smiles were exchanged out of respect and happiness on my part to the staff. Again , I think this location has some really good elements to it as of present time, it just needs to fix the few daily problems to welcome all kinds of customers, including being family and kid friendly. The cleanliness of this location is near 5 Stars, and I am seeing window cleaning occur which provides a beautiful view of the park accross the street, and the lovely dogs do. I am writing this review to be constructive in a positive direction for the business. Unfortunately, the request for cream in the tea fell short, but the hashbrown is nice, and some good music blasting a bit loud Namaste.

About 40min ago at mcdonal and parksidee cashier was rude need proper training. She was taking my order and she walk off and return 3-4 mins after. I ask her why she done that she justifying her ly and giving attitude.she is in light blue have brown complections.parlside Flatbush .

Your typical McDonald's experience I enjoy everything on the Micky D's menu 😋 As for service, it is often a hit or miss with the workers - some good, some bad ...some absolutely dreadful in their attitude and moods.
Terribly ran. Made order on app. Someone called my order number, I approached the window and the lady wearing a black dress shirt asked me to get away from the window. I informed her my number was called. Her reply was, “can’t you see I am helping someone else? You just have to wait!” If I see her at my pharmacy I will do the same to her so she can understand that is not how one should treat another person when you hold a managerial position.
