This is a very special place, I’m telling you, you want to see it. At least once in your life time you want to visit this place so you can say you have been to The Worst McDonalds in the country. The service is nonexistent so you can’t complain about it. No manager in sight. I waited 20 minutes or so to put in an order, there was nobody at the counter! Finally a teenager with attitude showed up. My sandwich wasn’t properly wrapped, it came open. And it was missing a paddy! come on. They have just let go of this place. All kinds of people just hanging around the dining area, not customers. You don’t want to eat here, certainly don’t bring your kids here, I wouldn’t even order for take out from this place.

They have the locators which are supposed to help the staff find you and serve your order, but when I asked why no one has done that the staff lady told me that they are understaffed. It is a shame that McDonalds in its mother country has WAY worse standards of service than in Russia it has left. Floors are dirty, food quaility and taste are worse too. One of the biggest dissapointments about USA.

Perfect location! The service 👎 some of the staff are very disrespectful! You can't ever get to sit and eat your meal cause it's all crowded with drunk's and bombs taking up the tables and paying customers have nowhere to enjoy their meals 😕 I want to use the restroom I don't have access to the code on my bill but somehow this lady who apparently is part owner since she always in there with her dunk friend's has the code 🤷

Stupid rules. I ate and then asked to open the bathroom for me to wash my hands. I got a question from the staff about what I ordered and I say I've already eaten. They asked me to show which order number, of course, I no longer remembered the order number. I have shown the confirmation in the banking application. As a result, while I was telling all this, a queue had already formed, which was launched into the toilet before I had to wait.

First off, the vending machines ae very badly positioned. They should be on the side, giving both employees and clients a 360 degree view of the room and see what's going on in their surroundings. Case in point one client and myself were struggling for at least 5 mn with the machines and no one knew about it. I went on the other side facing the counter and spent that much time with another machine to finally give up and went up to the counter to make my order. I still spent over 3 more mn before someone came at the desk to take my order, despite the fact that the place was not crowded, to the quite contrary Second, I still don't understand why McDonald puts a notice they have the right to refuse service to anyone. It's so intimidating and unaccommodating. Then they say No Loitering. Well there was some of it. While I was in the place with 2 orders within the hour, the same people were sitting around me with strange conversations. So I'm not sure what these signs are for, but as a customer, I saw no value to them, except intimidating. The lady at the order desk was quite stiff. Maybe she was having a bad day. But my "thank you" was much louder than her response

Since it's automated like most of them the service is much faster.
