Open 24hrs??? Explain to me how I pull into the drive thru and I get told we are closed

I had a really disappointing experience at McDonald’s @ 15 Jamaica Ave, Brooklyn (Store #25056) on May 30, 2025 at 10:45 PM. I placed an order and didn’t receive everything I paid for. I spoke to the staff respectfully, showed my receipt, and asked for the missing item — but they refused to help.
I was treated rudely, ignored, and left without what I ordered. I have proof of everything and have submitted a complaint to the company and official channels.
I hope this location improves how they treat honest customers. I will not return unless I see serious change.

I paid for food at McDonald’s (15 Jamaica Ave, Brooklyn, NY 11207 – Store #25056) on May 30, 2025 at 10:45 PM. My receipt proves I ordered and paid for fries — but the staff refused to give them to me.
I calmly showed proof (app order + debit receipt), but the staff ignored me, refused to fix it, and disrespected me. I was forced to call the police, and I have video and witness evidence.
I emailed corporate and am waiting for action. This was not a mistake — it was deliberate robbery of a paying customer.
I am sharing this publicly so others are warned. I’m not asking for free food — I’m demanding basic respect and justice. I have full proof and will not stop until this is resolved.

Stop service old meat I bought two double cheeseburgers. They both was cold.
Food 2 stars- Not fully cooked Hash browns; very oily. Had too pat off excess oil prior to baking it for 10 minutes on 400°.
Service - Cashier(Spanish, Male) was courteous, patient, knowledgeable, professional 😀=4 stars.
The 1 Star goes too the unprofessional, Pregnant, Spanish female Server, who ASS-UMED, I would not comprehend the language & INSULTED EN ESPAÑOL 🤦♀️. APRENDER ALGUNOS MODULES!! This server, dropped my order on the counter cause I didn't respond fast enough to her calling my order. [I had surgery on my Achilles, knee injury. I use a cane to assist with walking.] I then waited 2 minutes for her to finish with picking up an order she was assembling, I requested a bag, [the original bag was becoming saturated with grease from hash browns.] She proceeded to ignore me with a side glance & pack another bag. So I asked a second time, I got eye contact; a disgusted look; went about packing the other order. En Español She ordered the Cashier [had to leave a Customer @ cashrap to wait longer on that long line] to give me a bag, that is when she Insulted me in Spanish and gave me a dirty look. . She should have stayed en la casa, if She was not up to handling her job. Very UNPROFESSIONAL!
FYI: PHONE NUMBER listed, you get a busy signal every call, [made 19 calls from 10:11am - 12:04pm=2hrs] No answer! Put the phone back on the hook!!

I ordered my breakfast hotcakes… I ordered two and a hash brown. I’ve tried calling the store like they said cause the send one order and a big ass bag full with butter and no pancake syrup. And I’m supposed to settle. This McDonald needs to get their shit together and pay attention to wat you are doing with ppls food. They are the worst who the hell is the manager. They should be ashamed.
