Took forever for an order that took 2 mins to grab. I ordered 2 apple pies, visibly ready, 2 mcflurries,(made in 1 minute after they looked at the screen) and a seltzer water. I waited for 10 mins while there were none in front of me. Unacceptable. And they burnt the apple pies. I would go back but I’m tired of waiting for terrible service.

I had a very upsetting experience at this location. I went to order three meals, but the employee insisted that I had only ordered two. When I calmly explained that it was three orders and told them I didn’t mind paying the difference or waiting, the employee became extremely rude.
She accused me of lying, said she did not care, refused to correct the order, told me to go around, and then slammed the window shut. The level of disrespect and unprofessional behavior was unacceptable. This experience has left me very disappointed and concerned about the customer service at this location. Rarely give a McDonald’s 1 star but the drive thru girl not only was she rude, she basically threw my food into my car…when I went inside to get additional items they forgot I’m directly making eye contact and speaking to someone inside and she straight ignored me “excuse miss” til she all nonchalant walked over didn’t say a word and basically aggressively put ketchup in my hand and at that she dropped it and expected me to pick it up. Everyone obviously hates working there, and it’s reflected in the attitude everyone has in there

This McDonald’s stands out for its excellent service and spotless cleanliness. The floors and tables are always immaculate, showing real attention to detail and customer comfort. The food is fresh, well prepared, and delicious. Having visited many McDonald’s locations, I can confidently say that this one surpasses the others, both in terms of warm hospitality and overall quality of the experience. Without a doubt, it is the best in my opinion.
