Been standing there 20mins waiting for my 4pc McNugget and still didn’t get it, left at the end. Staff told me they couldn’t find the order, but why should the customer be handling employees mistake? In fact, today (Thursday) night shift workers SUCK except the cashier, she was fine.

Very basic McDonald’s. There is a lot of seating available. Depends on the time and day as well. Personally, I had no problem with finding a place to sit. Enjoyed the interior wall decorations. Note that the pick up is in the front. There is a drive through as well. The location is very convincing and close to the subway.

I am a picky eater. So when I order a simple order, like a sausage McGriddle and a hash brown, I figure it’s a simple order. Yet when my food was delivered it was a sausage egg and cheese McGriddle. I don’t like that. So I spent 5 minutes scrapping cheese and egg of so I could still eat it. It’s obvious they got some issues if they can’t even manage to get a simple 2 item order prepared correctly. They don’t care.

Can’t believe they let me wait for 30 mins just for a ice coffee. They take big order first rather than small one. Also the worker should stop eye rolling at the customer.
The manager here old guy around his 60 grey hair spanish looking with glasses was disrespectful to his workers in front of costumer 8/4/25 around 920am

I do not recommend coming here during peak rush hours! The workers are EXTREMELY slow and not doing their job properly. They always put the food aside even though they are done and don’t hand it to the customer immediately. I do like the newly renovated look, and the food was okay. It was warm because there were lots of orders, but one thing for sure is that they do not mix your mcflurry during rush hours, and sometimes forget about it.

Horrible customer service, they always missing items on meals! I cant count how many times I've left with my order only to find out i didn't get my fries, my drink or a sandwich! Most of the women that work there have an attitude or don't speak english or BOTH. The manager is horrendous! Doesn't either wanna speak to you or is dismissive. THIS MCDONALDS IS THE WORST OF THEM ALL!!!

When I try to place an order at the self-service checkout, I never get receipts, and the staff don't believe that I've placed an order and don't want to give it to me.
it's not my problem it's mcsonalds problem why should i suffer because of someone's negligence
