For some reason the restaurant issued a student pick up code from the one I received in the app. Waited an additional 10 minutes.

Generally the worse McDonald I've been to.
The service here is HORRIBLE. The staffs would ignore you (like actively walking away) when you ask questions about your order. Mind you, my order was ordered online 37 minutes ago, yet it wasn't ready when I got there and I waited for an additional 15 minutes. Manager would talk over you before you even get a word out and speak LOUDER when you attempt to ask any question. I was polite to them, yet they still reacted this way.

Check your bags! They have forgotten my food and sauces here multiple times. Also, they have a drive thru but don’t use it. Staff is very rude.

I was there since I ordered my order and I never heard my name I asked or the workers and none of them listened to me one came and said that my order someone else received it how is someone going to receive it if I was since I ordered and they told me that they were not going to give me anything and they ignored me

Usually I prefer this McDonald’s than the other ones near me because of the good costumer service… however when I came to McDonald’s with my children today it was a horrible experience. We are aware of the promotion rule of two per costumer and each one of my children have already been registered McDonald’s costumers before even the monopoly game started..they used one of the promotions today to get a McFlurry using their own accounts,they waited quite a while for the McFlurry and then asked the Spanish lady giving out the orders up front but she told them they couldn’t have it and gave really bad attitude and started criticizing them for asking for it. Which was weird because I saw other family’s have multiple McDonald’s promotion items. After that my children left empty handed.Honestly this was the most horrendous McDonald’s experience I’ve ever had.

Been standing there 20mins waiting for my 4pc McNugget and still didn’t get it, left at the end. Staff told me they couldn’t find the order, but why should the customer be handling employees mistake? In fact, today (Thursday) night shift workers SUCK except the cashier, she was fine.

Very basic McDonald’s. There is a lot of seating available. Depends on the time and day as well. Personally, I had no problem with finding a place to sit. Enjoyed the interior wall decorations. Note that the pick up is in the front. There is a drive through as well. The location is very convincing and close to the subway.
