Never had anything like it. So fresh. So much clean flavor. So simple but excellent. My first time here and I will be back tomorrow. I had the chicken bowl and I couldn’t be more satisfied. Viva Savo!

SAVO is a small, welcoming restaurant with seating for only about five people. The food is incredible, delicious, and thoroughly enjoyed, made clearly homemade with whole food. Specific hits include the Chicken Lunch Special, Half Chicken with sweet potatoes and cauliflower, and the Mango Mescaline salad, noted for being very fresh and carefully prepared with no slop in the bowls. The steak options are awesome, whether in a sandwich, a bowl, or a plate with cilantro rice and sweet potato; a notable detail is that they ask how you want your steak cooked. The chicken sandwich and bowls are also great, even for picky kids. Sauces are vibrant, with recommendations for the hot sauce or the green sauce. Sides like lemon potatoes, cauliflower, and sweet potatoes are perfect. The owner and team are very welcoming, passionate, well-trained, and receptive to feedback, providing great service. Quality control is quite high. It is a highly recommended regular spot.
