This is the second time walking in this store. The first time was by accident my wife and I were looking for a place to buy salmon. Not the season for salmon so steelhead was recommended to us. We enjoyed it better than salmon. When you walk in a friendly reception! The fish is locally sourced.

Tried Mermaid out a few times, finally feel like I can leave a review. This place is CLEAN. As someone who is constantly seeking out new places to buy seafood, the number one thing I’m looking for is how well a business keeps itself. I have to admit, Mermaid is one of the most spotless fish mongers I’ve come across. I mean, SPOTLESS. Like, I feel confident buying from them because they keep everything so clean.
