I had one of the most disturbing experiences when I ordered at this place. Everything seemed fine until I reached the end of my ramen—only to find a cockroach in my bowl. This was beyond disgusting and completely unacceptable.
Food safety should be a top priority, and this incident makes me question the cleanliness of their kitchen.
I strongly urge management to address their hygiene standards and for customers to be cautious. I’ve reported this to the health department and will not be ordering there or any other location ever again!
Would not recommend unless they make serious changes.

They make you pay before even receiving food, when dining in, which is unfortunate because I would not have tipped if I paid after eating. But that is probably why they did it.
The 3 roll special has additional charges for some rolls, which is not noted on the menu anywhere.
When dining in you get takeout containers which is bad for the environment as it's a waste of plastic.
The spicy shrimp roll is heavily cut (more than 50%) with fish (fake krab stick) which is unacceptable - nowhere did it say it would be a completely different item than I ordered, and I hate imitation crab.
The sushi itself is 3 star for the price. But I give this place a 1 star for their lack of respect for the customer in these ways.

This place is the worst! Ordered on grubhub and the food was marked delivered but it wasn’t. I searched my building for it but it wasn’t there so grubhub refunded my ordered and canceled the delivery. The driver 20 mins later called me and I tried to let him know the order was canceled and refunded and he hung up on me. Then the restaurant called me 6 times! The girl I spoke to was yelling and me on the phone and was so disrespectful! I tried to tell her I had been refunded already cuz the food was late, and wrongly marked as delivered but she kept yelling over me. She then kept harassing me and calling back. Yikes! What is wrong with you guys treating customers like that? Will never order from this place again. I used to order from here even here even though the hood was mediocre but never again. You can’t call customers screaming at them for your mistakes and being late. Not my fault grubhub refunded me

I was deep into my tonkotsu enjoying every bite until I found this guy floating around. I don’t have any cockroaches in my apartment and I opened the container and immediately began eating so this certainly from the restaurant. I’m honestly disgusted, sad because it was delicious, and upset ☹️

Generous portions of very fresh flavorful fish, pictured are yellowtail scallion + salmon avocado + spicy white tuna, as well as the Tuna Amazing roll with a great blend of tempura white tuna, spicy tuna, and pepper tuna that work so well together.
