The okonomiyaki is really good, with a noodle that was firm yet slightly charred. The toppings all melded well. I didn't use any extra sauce as that would remove the balance of tasting the ingredients in the okonomiyaki. Highly recommend. The karaage was really good too, tender and salted well. Same for the edamame with the spicy garlic sauce. Highly recommend giving the edamame your own toss when it arrives, so you get more sauce on the edamame skin. The burger is forgettable,...
