My wife and I were so happy when we learned Blanca was reopening after closing due to COVID-19. Our only worry was. Will it be as good as it was before it closed? Well, let me tell you, it's even better than before. The menu was perfect each plate better than the last. The best part of the night was the staff. The entire staff at Blanca is so friendly and goes above and beyond to make the night great. Can't wait to go back!!
Definitely one of the best Michelin restaurants in the greater New York area. It is a little hard to find at first and the area is trendy but you wouldn't think that it would have such an outstanding fine dining experience.
