not impressed. order took longer than expected, wrong item was sent and then they no longer offered the item I originally bought.
Last hat I bought seen my size of my old one took it home and it was literally so big I couldn’t even wear it. Must have had the wrong tag on it first time ever happening
Unfortunately, my order was marked as delivered by FedEx, but it was delivered to the wrong address. The FedEx delivery photo clearly showed a different house, not mine.
I provided proof, including a photo of my front door for comparison, but the seller declined to assist further and advised me to contact my credit card company instead of working with FedEx to resolve the delivery error.
