Unfortunately, my order was marked as delivered by FedEx, but it was delivered to the wrong address. The FedEx delivery photo clearly showed a different house, not mine.
I provided proof, including a photo of my front door for comparison, but the seller declined to assist further and advised me to contact my credit card company instead of working with FedEx to resolve the delivery error.

I ordered my cap and when I received it, it looked like it had been picked up from the trash, completely crushed and wrinkled. And worst of all, the materials were of the lowest quality. 🤬
I ordered multiple items as Christmas gifts and one arrived damaged. When I contacted customer service to request an exchange, I was told I had to return the item and repurchase it instead. That alone is inconvenient, but they also refused to honor the original purchase price. As a result, I now have to pay more and cover shipping since the replacement no longer meets the free shipping minimum. This was due to a damaged item on their end, and the resolution feels unfair and disappointing.
