Came for the Tapas Tuesday deal, absolutely LOVED it. This was my third time coming to El Born and they are 3/3 with amazing food, drinks, and service. I highly recommend coming for their Tapas Tuesday (all you can eat Tapas for $16 plus a drink). The food was fabulous, the drink menu is excellent and the service & atmosphere are awesome. What else can you ask for? Happy to have this spot in the neighborhood!

A truly fabulous brunch experience!! My husband and I made our first venture into Greenpoint for brunch on Sunday, and we made a fabulous choice of our first stop!! From the second we walked into El Born we started to enjoy the eclectic atmosphere, fun artwork, and relaxed vibes! Someone came to our table right away to take drink orders, and we certainly are now experienced enough to strongly vouch for the Sangria!! It was awesome and bottomless (which is equivalent with awesome)! The brunch menu is a family style sampling where you get to pick 4 tapas and then 2 entrees to share! Everything we had was so delicious (spinach croquette, patatas bravas, chorizo, and brussel sprouts for tapas and the Spanish omelette and French toast as entrees)! I can't wait to go back because I soooo want to try everything else!! Will definitely recommend to anyone looking for a great brunch in Greenpoint!

Very bland "spanish" food. Sangria was mostly bad red wine, not tasty or refreshing at all; tortilla was super watery, maybe made with egg substitutes rather than real eggs? who knows. Croquetas were nice, but that's about it. Don't think I'll be coming back.

The tapas and paella here is amazing along with the nice vibe in the restaurant. Service is nice and relaxed. Only thing not great was the flan for dessert.

What a great Spanish restaurant! Not only were the staff incredibly accommodating, friendly and extra attentive, but the food was nothing short of wonderful. After studying abroad in Barcelona, I've been dying for authentic tapas and this place certainly impressed. The Iberico Ham and Picos (pictured) were a wonderful appetizer but the Dàtils Amb Bacó Fumat was my favorite. The paella came hot and was a huge portion, with all dishes perfect for sharing. Amazing cocktails as well. We sat inside but the outdoor back patio was super cute looking and I imagine perfect for summer brunches or group dinners. Would definitely recommend checking out if you're in the area!

Another wonderful evening at El Born. Came here to celebrate my birthday with family and the food was amazing. Great service and chill atmosphere. Ordered the Seaford Paella, lso the small fideo paella, several delightful appetizers and fresh white Sangria. Do try the papa bravas and the Grilled Octopus, so good. Highly recommend!!Kid-friendliness: High chair available

It was an amazing and unexpected Monday discovery of this Barcelona-style tapas bar, abundance of super creative small plates, delicious cocktails & well selected wines were served fast enough and with cheerful attitudes! The place is quaint, yet sleek, added charm with exposed-brick space. Greenpoint in Brooklyn keeps on surprising with culinary delights! I highly recommend this restaurant

Such a cute spot in Geeenpoint, BK. Conveniently located near the train station, this small establishment serves delicious tapas and has a very helpful staff. One of my favorite dishes was the caneló de cua de bou (braised oxtail cannelloni). I'd definitely go back. If you're a local, you must go!

We booked a private party in the back long table with 16 people. It was absolutely fabulous. The food was incredible and the service was unparalleled. We ordered the chef's menu and we simply enjoyed every single thing! From the open bar drinks to the tapas, to the desert and coffee at the end—I simply cannot rave enough about this place. And our communication with the owner Elena to organize the entire night was also outstanding. Thank you for the incredible experience!

I was here with friends for a weekend brunch. Their bottomless deal is pretty great. For a good price, you could have decent food and continued mimosa/sangria-- or even margaritas (for extra $). Often places wouldn't refill the drinks quickly enough, but our server was extremely attentive. The ambiance is good for us to enjoy.
