Do not go here. I called to confirm they do printing and faxing and was told yes, but when I arrived after walking through the snow, they said they don’t do faxes. The staff member was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional.
Most concerning, her behavior was clearly discriminatory. She treated other customers, especially Asian people, kindly and with smiles, but toward me, a Black customer, she was cold and hostile. If you are Black, expect to be treated with the same disrespect. This place is racist and unwelcoming. Keep in mind I’m actually part Asian, but you can tell it was a skin color thing.
Avoid this location there are many other printing services that are professional and respectful.
