Part of me wants to be "angry" that Nicoletti has raised prices at least 4 times in the past 12 months. Obviously the economy is a talking point/big reason. Admittedly I've tried other fresh roast whole beans at lower price points only to come back to Nicoletti. Why? Well, for one, I have found some online vendors only claim to be fresh roast. It's so obvious the beans are not fresh and that some sellers are slapping a sticker on the bag. I end up wasting so...

I am quite particular about my coffee. I love Neapolitan-style espresso, and have a hard time finding that style of roasting here in the States. It is a very easy style to screw up - aka overcharr the beans, too oily, too much robusto in the mix, etc.
Not the case with Nicoletti.
