Great little bakery in Greenpoint that will beat most of the neighborhood places by price and quality. I've been buying bread here for over five years to make sandwiches for my family. Croissants are bigger than usual, but that works well with my smoked salmon breakfast sandwich. My son loves the chicken sandwich I make with their harvest grain. Very tiny bakery in Greenpoint. Has been around for many years. We make a 45 minute drive a couple of times a year, and it’s worth it. Old time neighborhood with, gratefully, old time service. Woman working was very pleasant and patient. The pastries are very good. And the place smells nice.
The staff was super friendly. The cheesecake was great!! It wasn’t sweet, and it was super smooth and spongy. A pastry or cake that’s not sweet is the highest compliment from an Asian person. I’m glad I walked by and tried it out!
