Olde Brooklyn Bagel Shoppe

This store is so unreliable. Two times now I’ve gone over and they are closed before their closing time; they don’t fulfill paid for too-good-to-go orders. They are open til 5pm; I went by at 4:38pm to pick up an order, but their door was locked and the employees were hanging out inside ignoring me.

So tasty!!! Got the Nordic and the flavour profile was amazing

I love this place and have been going here since it's opened but i really think the prices in this place has gotten too Crazy. A regualr bagel with cream cheese over 4 dollars. A plan bagel is 2 but the smear is 2 as well. Com'on people this is getting out of whack.

The black lady who is said to be the manager is very rude. She is so rude to customers. She removed the coffee cups so that the customers can't self serve anymore and when you ask her for a cup to pour your coffee, she gets an attitude and becomes angry. I asked for a cup and asked a question about the moving of the coffee cups and she got mad with an attitude. She did not give me the coffee cup right away. She ignored me and I had to ask for a second time for a cup. I need to forward this message to the owner. Customers are the ones who make payday happen. If it wasn't for the customers, this manager and the other employees would not receive a check or the store would not be in business. Customers First!

After a nice walk in the park with my small dog I wanted to get coffee and bagel and could not even go in to order to go!

Pretty solid bagel but the staff was kinda rude. They opened 10 minutes after the opening time (which is fine but they didn’t give a shit or even apologize). They also only had like 4 different types of bagels ready. Also coffee is self serve which I didn’t realize but they guy didn’t even bother to say anything while watching me stand there waiting for the coffee lol. I’m happy the bagel was good but if there was more bagel shops on Vanderbilt open that early (or supposed to be) I’d probably go to those instead.
