The food is excellent. I tried lamp hash, and it’s tasty and a new type of medetrianian fusion

We went here for my birthday after going here 2 years ago and loving it. The ambience of the inside is truly unbeatable - the high ceilings, cozy lighting, and mindfully decorated space makes you forget that you're in a bustling city. Dre was our server and he just completed the vibe. He has a great energy. We got the carafe of red sangria which is a fav of our at any spot, but Olea is especially good at it. The trio of dips was definitely too much for 2 people, but I can't complain about an abundance of the best dips ever. Just come ready with an appetite. THEN we got one of the specials, it was a shrimp in garlic olive oil in a mini cast iron skillet and uhhhh oh my god it was so good. I have been thinking about it ever since. We will be back! :)

Ordered the braised beef dinner for two, of which the beef was advertised as brisket. However, this is the leanest cut of brisket I've ever tasted. There is absolutely zero fat in any of the beef, making eating it an exercise in jaw strength. My partner could not even finish their portion because of how dry it was.
One star for the potato, which was the star of the dish.

The best!!! I’ve been going here for years and it truly never disappoints. SO grateful for the amount of stellar vegan options.
Dietary restrictions: Many fully vegan options and also vegan optional dishes !

The food was phenomenal but the service was mediocre at best.
Greek grilled cheese - probably one of the best grilled cheeses I’ve ever had
Croquettes - not my favorite but my family loved it so probably just a taste preference
Brussels - nice char, good flavor and drizzled with balsamic
Dip trio- good way to try many options and the mini pitas were hot and fresh
Falafel - fresh and crispy but didn’t really taste the artichoke much
As for the service - our waiter was pretty rude, she gave us the check before we even asked/she asked us for it and we were going to order another round of drinks. But oh well, we just paid and left. We got out apps first and when the other server came with the entrees he pretty much rolled his eyes at us because we asked him to clear the dishes from the apps first. We only asked because the tables are small and there was no space for the new plates. It didn’t feel like an unreasonable request
Ambiance - beautiful decor, nice homey vibe

Delicious brunch with Mediterranean spices. The menu transcends regular American brunch options slightly, but all is kept relatively familiar. The highlight for me was the seasoning and the excellent breads. The coffee was fine, a decent dark roast. The indoor space is too loud.

Really delightful. The servers were really nice, very slow paced restaurant (in a good way!). The food was delish and the smaller plates are great for sharing (especially for a group of 3!)

Would give it a 4.5 if I could. Maybe not the most _exciting_ food but really good all around. Got a lot of specials.
Potato Croquetas: A+
Trio of Dips: All good
Hummus: B+
Romesco: A
Beet Skordalia: B-
Vegan keftedes: A
Polenta fried tomatoes: D. Only big miss of the night. Not as crispy as I would've liked, and the sauce was too acidic when combined with the tomatoes.
Also, affordable pours of the house wine.
Our first dish took a little longer than it should have too, but overall not a big deal.

Great combination of relaxing outdoor atmosphere and comfy bites. The staff actually seems like they want you to have a great time. Shout out to Jaro and John for making us feel seen in an authentic way.

We live in the neighborhood and come to this place often. Today, we came with a scooter and a longboard. When I asked if we wanted to sit outside or inside, I said inside. But there was this manager who asked me if I wanted to bring the scooter inside. I felt that he didn’t want us to do so, so I said if it wasn’t convenient, we could sit outside. I used the bathroom inside and noticed that the inside seating was half empty, so it could definitely fit my folded scooter and the longboard. While just being seated, I got bitten by mosquitoes three times, so I asked to sit inside. The manager was reluctant and suggested I bring a locker next time. What an attitude—I’ve dined with the scooter many times in the city, and this was the first time I was ever refused to bring my scooter into a restaurant. Not to mention, the last time we were here with the same scooter and longboard, we were accommodated inside, and the seating was a lot busier than it was this time. We decided to leave and went to Black Irish instead. It was a shame because I love the food there, and the staff is generally friendly. I guess I was unlucky to encounter the opposite scenario today.
