I had a disappointing experience at Omoria Coffee today. I ordered a takeaway honey vanilla latte and sat down briefly after my jog. A staff member (short, blonde hair, trimmed beard) looked at me and wagged his finger without saying a word. When I asked what was wrong, he told me I wasn’t allowed to sit after ordering takeaway.
What upset me wasn’t the policy — it was the tone and attitude, and how disrespectfully it was communicated. I also noticed other customers sitting at tables with takeaway cups, which made the whole thing feel inconsistent, and frankly, a bit targeted.
As someone new to the city, I expected more basic courtesy. The coffee was good, but the experience left a bad taste.

We went during the day time in a weekday and it was quiet and relaxing. Food was good!!

Such a lovely café! The atmosphere is so friendly and welcoming — it feels like you’re visiting friends. I also have to mention the beautiful and kind waitresses — they truly make the experience even more enjoyable. We’d be happy to come back again!

Very overrated food! Only thing good here is their cheesecake and the baklava cheesecake is amazing. Other than that tried their food many times, went in person a few times and ordered multiple times and not very good.

The food was ok, nice cappuccino. What is odd to me is the person at the door. The person was literally looking at me like she wants to kill me or something. You need friendlier staff.

Ordered a couple of burgers and fries and some rings. The food arrived cold and the lettuce was spoiled,tomato not ripe, fries were undercooked and no pickles. I can order a bodega burger and get pickles.NEVER AGAIN!!!

The service was completely horrible. The food was super fried and disgusting. The drinks were gross and this place will never be a place I return too. The wait was 20 minutes before anyone came over and after that the food took 10 minutes to make (which can explain why it was gross) and the person who gave us the food didn’t even check on us to see if everything was okay. She was too busy flirting with two men outside and not even paying attention to her tables.
$75 for fried chicken tenders & French fries with two water down drinks and hot wings that didn’t even have hot sauce on top.
We will never return!! I can’t understand the 4 to 5 stars because this is the worse service we have ever had.
