This place does the best babka. Period. Theirs has so much chocolate that it's almost like fudge. It's quite an experience. I also love the fact that they sell slices. There was a wide range of baked goods, but I came here for the babka. I will definitely return here again and again.

While I paid 28$ for a loaf of babka, I gotta say the hype of it is real, it was a very solid babka, and the owner himself is a legend
Babka there is amazing

Such a lovely experience. I loved it and will return
Came for the chocolate babka which is delicious. If you’re into heavy chocolate babkas with rich chocolate flavor and a dense, squashy texture this is your spot. I also really appreciated the warmth I received from Jacob who took a moment to chat with me about their pastries in more detail. This is a must stop on any babka tour.

I was very disappointed in the aggressive and mean service from the owner. When I first arrived at the store the nice lady behind the counter was very helpful. When she cut a piece of babka and weighed it I was shocked at the price for such a small piece and was debating if I should buy it. In walks the owner and asks what is going on , and I said I didn’t realize it would be so expensive and he starts yelling at me and basically told me to leave. I was never so hurt and insulted as a customer. I would have bought it if he would have been kinder, I just needed to wrap my head around the price for a minute. Very disappointed!

Three years ago I embarked on a quest to find the best babka in the city. I visited 20 places and this was the best!
Years later, this is the only babka I will eat or gift to friends. No one else makes it like this.
The guy is so nice, always asks where im from even though Im not Jewish or religious 💜
