So approx 25 years ago, I walk into another local Matzah Bakery and ask for a box of hand made Matzah. In reply, I get attitude. Do you have an appointment? An appointment for what? I did not come to help in the baking of the Matzah (as is custom with religious orthodox Jews). I just wanted a box of hand made, kosher for Passover, Shmura Matzah!
