Other Half Brewing Domino Park

This is the original location of one of my favorite hazy breweries. We have tried them in dc and philly but this one is the best for beer in my opinion.

They have a tone of great unique hazies that are different rough to stand out amongst each other.

The first time we ever went here it wasn't too busy but over the last few years it has gotten packed. Its a big place but it fills up just as quickly.

A new part they added was the slider option which even has a good vegan option.

Overall some great hazy beers if that's what your into.

Seriously the best brewery in the east coast! I cannot stress this enough! Some of the best beer I’ve had in a WHILE. The staff is super! The vibes are fantastic! The beer is AMAZING! What else can you ask for!?

This is quickly becoming one of my favorite places to hang. They have some insanely good varietals at the current moment. Just the way and the whole scene hits differently and they are doing some great quality work with your ideas. Come enjoy any location. You will absolutely love it.

Super excited to go here, once I arrived I asked for help was sitting my bags and where might the restroom be I got turned away so thank goodness for next door and Hudson they gave us a brand new flavors of ice cream. Even though we had our hearts set on pizza I would never go to the other half reservations are not please check out next door and ask for Hudson

We visited Other Half Brewery for a casual drink and some beer sampling. The space is large and industrial with a no-frills interior. The selection is vast and varied—if you’re unsure, you can request small samples or mix and match smaller pours to create a flight.

Despite the quality and variety of beers, the atmosphere left us a bit cold. It lacked the cozy or vibrant energy we often enjoy in taprooms. A solid choice for craft beer aficionados, but maybe not the best hangout if you’re looking for something more socially engaging or immersive.

I love their beer and their customer service is excellent. 10/10

Awesome bar and beer!! I love this place. Cant beat the views and the vibes. Shout out to beertender Shai who was especially helpful and knowledgeable on recommendations.

The beers are actually good but I believe that the people make the place. The beertender that was working today was so indifferent to every question I asked about the beer. As someone who works in craft beer, I can tell they are not passionate about beer. Get better beertenders🙏🙏.

Great vibe, great location, great service, amazing beers (especially if you love IPAs like I do). Would go here regularly if I lived nearby but will be on my short list when in the area.

SCAM
I paid USD $29.31 for a bee sting pizza at 2.30pm Thursday 24th Oct via the Other Half brewery (QR code menu)
I was then told by the brewery that Roberta's pizza restaurant isn't open until 5pm.
Why are the QR codes available to order at 2pm when the pizza restaurant doesn't even open until 5pm?
I then visited Roberta's pizza at 5pm Thursday 24th Oct and was advised by the lady at the door that a refund would be processed.
It is now 30th Oct (1 week) and I have not received any refund, nor any email communication from the restaurant.
Are these two places in cahoots with one another?
I will be contacting local authorities to advise of an investigation.

I hardly write reviews but feel compelled to do so because of the very rude security at the front door.

I showed up to Other Half with my wife and before I even handed the bouncer my ID he was extremely hostile in his greeting and kept asking me “are you here for beer?!?”. I was dumbfounded and could only say..”yes, of course”. Why else would I be here???? After that interaction I walked inside and chalked it up to just an odd nyc encounter. Also to note: the bouncer was giving us the side eye well before I even walked up to him..was it because we’re both Asian? I have no reasoning for his strange attitude.

Shortly after I attempted to go out to get my whole party situated (was waiting on additional friends) and the bouncer was now inside, eyeing me and STOOD in my way on my attempt to grab my party and said “the beer is that way!” pointing at the bar. I was luckily able to dodge him and decided to have my party go elsewhere as I am here to relax, NOT to be in a hostile environment.

Other Half: Train your security to do better and just greet people NORMALLY.

We hosted our night before the wedding welcome drinks here and had such a good time. We worked with Matthew who was always courteous, professional, and quick to reply. The space was great, our guests had a blast, and we're so glad we chose to have our event here.

Please update your hours if you are to close early. Walked there from Beer Street only to find out it was closed, an hour before scheduled closing time. I'm grateful to the doorman that let me use the restroom as that was my final destination for the evening and I would have had to figure out where else to go. Always loved the beer since they first opened the original location across from the McDonald's near Gowanus and was disappointed to make the trek out of curiosity for the Domino development, only for it to be closed.
