We unfortunately didn’t get his name, but the kind server who was working the garden area during our visit really made the experience for us. The sushi itself was delicious and we enjoyed the novel experience of trying different seasonings with each piece. But beyond that, when I let the server know that I had found a small fly in my rice, he went above and beyond to rectify the issue.
