Best bake and salt fish in the whole of NYC. It's not an eat in joint, but the food is amazing hands down. My mothers flys from Texas to get her puri/ roti/ black cakes.... Say less, assortment's of bread for the seasonal holidays I'm looking forward to my next visit. Thanks Ms. Pam for giving our community this gem with great eats.

I had never tried Guyanese bread before until I came to this store. They had whole and plain tennis rolls. The guy behind the counter also suggested bread and said it goes really well with the cheese. I bought one loaf and really liked the texture. It was a little sweet and crunchy. I will definitely buy more when I'm in the area.

Whenever I am in Brooklyn, I try to visit one of a few Guyanese bakeries to pick up a variety of pastries to bring back home with us. Pam’s is always fully stocked and their consistency is recognized and greatly appreciated by my family.

Another neighborhood gem. I love the platt bread, roti skins (when they have). The meat patties are so good, let's just say I send them to Chicago for my brother because he is hooked on them. When I buy bread pudding, I love an end piece. It's nice a chewy, I love pie crust, pizza crust so you know what I mean. Tennis rolls, sweet buns, cheese straws, whew I think I need to make a run! The service can be hit or miss but that doesn't deter me. Display case is usually stocked well and can be a little low towards the end of day, which is a good thing. Give them a try, parking is no good but this is NY!

I usually visit NYC at least 3-4 times a year. This bakery was always referenced to me for pastires. I was not disappointed. The items offered took my taste buds back to my South American country with authentic taste and flavors. Now I will not recommend this spot for the best roti but for baked goods I'll highly recommend. Thank you Pam's for maintaining our authentic taste. ❤️ GT to de bone!

Great pastries but I’m only giving a 1 star because of the service I received. The staff in the front are poorly trained or have no training at all to deal with customers . You’re there providing a service and customers are paying. Why do we( the customers)have to deal with their attitude? The bakery need to do better when hiring!!!!
