“We have ordered the gluten free pizza from here several times and it has been good. Today, they got our order messed up so I called in to let them know. The manager was super apologetic and immediately sent out the correct order. Very good service :)“

“When you want good pizza fast (and late at night) this Papa John's delivers in every sense of the word. The only reason it's 4 stars and not 5 stars is because I prefer mom & pop pizzerias (as opposed to chain restaurants). But you can't go wrong with their pizza and their reliable delivery.“

“There's nowhere to sit and no tables not even to wait for your order. I was told to pick it up at a certain time and when I got there which was 10 minutes before that time I was told that I have to wait 30 minutes so I had to stand in the store waiting for my order when the pickup time was supposed to be 10 minutes from the time that I arrived. The lines can get pretty long thank goodness I arrived before the line was to the door. I really wish they had chairs ?????. The parmesan boneless wings and garlic knots were delicious ?? I didn't purposely get that ? I meant to get bone in wings but woo child both was so good so it didn't even matter ?. I was eating as I was walking home so I wasn't able to take pictures LOL but I do highly recommend those two, the pizzas, and desserts ?. Great prices and delicious ?.“

“The team that is currently working with a girl added to the team are making this a better place.The pizza is good and I think the guy who is ordering it or at least that's what it seems like. Blanco (speaks Spanish) with long hair tends to solve problems or at least he helped me when I had problems with a pizza that I ordered and it was not correct. I hope they continue like this“

“Love this neighborhood papa John’s place is fast with takeout or delivery. I usually call and order for takeout and within 10 mins or less, the food be ready ? the “Shaq-A-Roni” pizza is our favorite pizza and it’s always fresh and delicious. Love the service, as soon as you get off the phone you get a text notification that your food is in the oven and you get real time updates until your food is ready to be picked up??. If you live close by or if you’re ever in the area make sure to check them out. This location is on Nostrand Ave, between Foster Ave and Newkirk Ave. Staff is always nice and easy going big ups to them hope they keep this up. The area is usually busy as this location is on the same block as 2 different supermarket and a beauty supply store but you can always double park to run in, grab your food and go.“

“Believe it or not, this is already one of the best pizza place in the neighborhoods, if you compare their prize to quality. Also believer or not, this is one of the pizzeria you will visit frequently for anyone lives in Sunset Park. Their specialty pizza is really not that bad. Don't waste your money on other nearby lousy pizzeria where you'll have to spend $25+ for a large average pizza anyway. Always order on their moblie app. It's just another dollars saving day at Papa John's, that's about it.“

I just went today After work, the gentleman that took care of my order had great customer service, and was very polite. “Really nice religious staff, they are very quick to help you and will not make you just stand there until you ask for help. The male pizza maker was singing very beautifully in Hindi I believe so it was a great atmosphere. Some stores have staff that make fun of you while you are standing there, but this store has such a beautiful mellow vibe. All the pizza was delicious, when I have more money I won’t use coupons because this store deserves all the business it can get ☮️💟“

“I read these reviews first and was very skeptical of ordering here.. my friend said he’s never had a problem, but i just decided to order the papadio folded pizza thing, wings and a brownie for pick-up around 12:00 midnight, with a 18-28 min pick up time.walked over there and it was ready, i even ordered some chicken poppers after arriving, he said 10mins, they came out before that so i put them in my air fryer for 6mins on 400deg when i got home lol.It was a two tall slender black guys and one delivery guy there. As with anything service can vary widely depending on time of day/ and who’s working.I had no issues, fingers crossed ?? it continues.“
