If I could give zero stars, I would. This is by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced from Papa John’s. They refused to deliver a meal to a handicapped woman, saying their driver “couldn’t get out of the car,” even though we paid for delivery specifically so the order could be brought to the door. The manager, Mahommed, was extremely rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. He refused to listen to the customer’s concerns and showed no empathy or understanding for the situation. No one especially someone with a disability should ever be treated this way. Mahommed should be held accountable and removed from his position. I will be filing a formal complaint with Papa John’s corporate office, because this kind of treatment is unacceptable and needs to be addressed immediately.

This place sucks, I wouldn’t recommend going to this place to eat, they give you an attitude with placing an order and when they welcome guest their opening line is “What do you want!!!?” With a very mean and condescending tone. Don’t go here, had such a bad experience. Staff not only didn’t help me but also yelled at my girlfriend and then continued to ignore, I had to raise my voice and ask “Is anyone going to help me to be served here”.

I just went to buy a small pizza at this place; I asked that they not add an ingredient, but the preparer was paying more attention to the conversation from further back and did not listen to me and added the ingredient, apart from the fact that it was all lumpy and unmelted. It definitely ruined my dinner, thank you very much, guy.

Did not buzz our apartment. Called the wrong phone number, took 30 minutes to RE deliver our pizza and the food was cold by the time it finally got to us. Delivery driver demanded we gave him a tip even after he didn't not buzz our apartment door, did not call and took forever to deliver
The worst Papa johns branch ever, the people there are very rude. today I order 8" pizza for pick up and they told me it will take around 15 minutes and it already 25 minutes and at end the order was wrong and they easily told me to wait more minutes to change it and I was running late. So, when I complain, one of the workers told me don't come again if I don't want to wait. thank you, papa johns. I won't eat pizza from you ever again. Also, the guy who is making the pizza, not wearing gloves.
