They have one pasta type per day, but according to our server it’s always vegan. Then you have a couple of vegan sauces and toppings, and some appetizers. Everything we had was pretty good. I’m so used to not being able to eat fresh pasta that this place deserves high marks just for not adding eggs to theirs.
They had two vegan pasta options and they were both really nice! A red sauce pasta and a red pesto pasta. Just had to tell the server we were requesting them vegan. As far as apps, it looked promising, we just had focaccia and their pickle plate. There’s also a labeled vegan chocolate cake on the dessert menu. I didn’t have high expectations but it was pretty good!!
First time was pretty good, second time not so good. I ordered a pasta dish (meh). Not running back.

I HIGHLY advise to stay away from this restaurant as the people who work here are beyond incompetent to the point of dangerous. I ordered pasta through Uber Eats, and the description says that the pasta includes sunflower seeds, and I asked for them not to be added. I received them with sunflower seeds anyway. What if I had an allergy? That's completely unacceptable. On another note, upon tasting the pasta, it is filled with so much oil, and the taste is just absolutely disgusting. I can't understand the high reviews for this place, they don't even deserve a 1 star. Shame on you! I will be cautioning everyone I know to stay away from this disastrous restaurant.

Staff are super awesome and the place is nice. The flavors of the food are good but often there is too much salt and olive oil (not for all types but a lot). Despite this, I always come back.

The food is just ok, nothing to write home about. But 15 minutes waiting on a simple sandwich when only 2 people are waiting? I'll go elsewhere next time.

I went at 4pm only to learn they don’t serve pasta between 4 and 5pm. At… Pasta Louise. It’s a pasta place, that’s literally in the name! I’ll amend my review if I ever return, but choosing to arbitrarily not serve your namesake dish for an hour seems an odd choice.
As yummy as it is pricey
If you want to eat here cool, but
there’s no restroom
Ordered two pasta dishes to be delivered, one with prosciutto one without, both arrived with prosciutto (I’m vegetarian). When I rang up to get a replacement the manager told me he could send another pasta but sounded like he absolutely did not want to do that and that it would take over an hour. Total jerk. They’ve lost a long term customer.
**Update - they reached out after I left this review and emailed them. They immediately rang me to apologize and make things right. Meal was refunded and a $15 gift certificate sent over. Will likely not order from them again but will drop by for a drink the next time I’m in that area.

Pasta Louise uses one kind of noodle a night for all of their dishes-so tonight it was the radiator noodle. The Caesar salad had no anchovies, was over dressed and the lettuce wasn’t fresh. Nor was the focaccia. We ordered a cacio e Pepe and a dad’s hot pepper sauce pasta-both with the “radiator” noodle. No one offered Parmesan and both pastas were basic and not great. I wish I had spent the $70 at the grocery store! We don’t eat out often and this place wasn’t worth it. It is mainly for families with babies and kids, and the grown up food seemed catered to kids too. Unfortunate.

Be careful!
We have ordered takeout twice, and the food has been good/decent. And then I ordered last week - I waited over an hour for my dinner, which I never received. I called twice for a status and was told it was on the way. (I live about 1 mile away) After 75 minutes, I got a call from an Uber delivery driver telling me he is at my address. He was not. The delivery person proceeded to yell at me because he was somehow at the wrong address.
I hung up on him and called the restaurant to let them know that after an hour+ of waiting, I am now being screamed at by the delivery person. They said they are sorry, but they have no control over their delivery drivers' actions. (Umm, what?!?!) She offered to send another order but advised that she could not guarantee a quicker delivery (said it would likely be another hour) or a better delivery experience. After waiting an hour and a half I declined her offer and asked for a refund. Was advised that the refund would be processed and no sincere apology for my experience. Cut to 20 minutes later and I was still receiving texts that my order is on the way and then I received another crazed phone call from the delivery driver yelling at me again because he was at another incorrect address.
I called the restaurant back, asked for a manager and of course there was no manager available. I advised the woman on the phone that since they have no control over their delivery drivers - as they stated- that someone needs to stop the delivery driver from harassing me.
That was it. I waited to write this review because I was expecting to hear from a manager in the following days. I did not.
Mediocre food is forgivable, abominable customer service is not.
Will never eat or order from here again, and I warn anyone who orders delivery - Be Very Careful because Pasta Louise has advised me they have no control over their delivery drivers' actions. Yikes!

Used to be such a good neighborhood restaurant but since they switched to this weird takeout model it has gone fully downhill. Every time i get pasta there it is either way too undersalted or over salted to the point of being literally inedible- i can only imagine if someone was at risk for high sodium consumption related issues. And they will charge exorbitant amouts for add-ons that A) shouldn’t be necessary if the sauce was properly flavored in the first place, and B) would be complimentary at any decent restaurant. 1.50 for a sprinkle of breadcrumbs? And it all has to be in single use plastic containers? Really? I asked for some black pepper once and was told they didn’t have that and I would have to buy a container of red pepper flakes. How do you have cacio e pepe on your menu but no pepper? You can’t spare a few grinds of it to a paying customer? Really just an awful decision, love the location and miss how amazing it used to be when it first opened but likely will not be returning.
Everything we've ever gotten from here has always been delicious. The staff are always so nice and helpful. Highly recommend

Nice outdoor spot. Ordered the Cacio e Pepe with crispy prosciutto. Took 20 minutes for a to-go order but didn’t seem that busy. Portion was small. Too salty. Not worth $22.50. Wouldn’t go again.
