After a long day of running around in manhattan and brooklyn a friend and I decided to go to Pastsy's in Brooklyn. The star of this show undoubtedly was the brownie with vanilla ice cream. This is not betty crocker , and somebody took the time to love this delicious dessert. Unfortunately, the rest is pretty down. The salt contents on both of the entrees was just way too much. I ate probably three bites of it , and decided I was going to have to bring it home and fix it up. I don't know what happened , but I'd have to believe that the person preparing this should have tasted what was going on with these dishes. At first I thought it was the cheese , but no , it was the sauce. It was too salty. Even the ravioli and spaghetti was salty.

Service was great. Food was very good. I didnt love that they automatically added a 20% gratuity but other than that would recommend, especially if you have kids with you.

I am horrified by the experience at this place. From lying about including the tip when I was dinning in with my child, to the rude person answering the phone and insisting we didn't make the order while my husband was sick. No answer to my emails and messages online. No accountability. I'll never order from them again.
PS. most of the time they burn their pizza too... It's not the Patsy's standard you'd expect as a New Yorker of 30 years.

I’m usually not a big pork chop guy, but the waiter strongly recommended it, so I figured I’d give it a try without expecting much. Wow — I’m glad I did. It was easily the best pork chop I’ve ever had (not that I’ve had many, but still!).

It was incredibly juicy and tender, and the vegetables and gravy complemented it perfectly. If you’ve never tried this dish before, definitely give it a shot — you won’t be disappointed. It was also a large cut and filling enough to satisfy even the hungriest appetite.

We also ordered the hot antipasto, which was delicious and offered a great variety of some of their best appetizers. Highly recommend. Enjoy!

Went for an event at Barclay's center. The pizza is a solid NYC pizza and it doesn't cost an arm and leg unlike the restaurants next door. Lot of space inside, good staff 👍

They included a 20% service gratitude on my check and made the eggplant politician with no ricotta cheese it was made with just mozzarella.

Was there on Monday night , we had beer and pizza. As we entered, a menu was handed, not much time to browse the menu, not sure whom is his guy , an older man , kept coming to our table , he suggested food when we didn’t asked for and he kept walking back and forth watching us . We eventually ordered draft beers that cost $9.50 and Pie , that cost $32.00. This is suppose to be thin slices and crunchy but it was soft, gooey , get cold quickly and insipid to pallet for such that price . The $1 pizza taste better . This is an over price venue . Whilst we were eating the same man , kept coming to out table , when we did not invite concerns nor questions and watching us . We took the bill , it had automatically 20% gratuity and credit card fee. I would not patronize this place again, pizza is insipid, did not find this venue to be comfortable.

Love the restaurant itself but unsatisfying for takeout. We ordered and the order never showed up and no one picked up the phone. We’ll still go there to eat on site, but we’ll order delivery elsewhere.

Decent spot within walking distance of the Brooklyn Museum. The Vodka with pepperoni slice was delicious. A bit pricy here for my liking and the seating area was crammed.

Eh. Pizza was a little floppy, service was less than stellar. They build in a 20% gratuity, so not surprised. Ambience was good, and the food did come fast, prices good (for NYC). Good for kids after a game at Barclays.

We stopped by for drinks and appetizers. We got the lemon drop and amaretto sour. For the appetizers we got the calamari/shrimp and the meat balls. Everything was great and the bartender was attentive and friendly.

Pizza was okay- got the margarita pie- could’ve been cooked a little longer… it was a little floppy.

Caesar salad wasn’t anything special; I asked for pepper for it and was brought crushed red pepper, not fresh ground black pepper.

Service was AWFUL. Our waiter came over, dropped our menus and never returned. The people that sat a few moments before us were almost done with their food before we got to even order!!!! We had to flag a runner down in order to order our food…. Sad.

No one checked in during the whole meal.

When we were done we flagged down the waiter and asked for our check. He heard us, walked away, and again… didn’t return. He was checking in on (multiple times) every other table… 😒

Finally, the table next to us asked for their check, he immediately turned around to get it, and I asked, “Can we get ours too?”, and he gave me such a nasty look.

We finally got our check, and surprise 20% gratuity was included 🙄. I guess when it’s already there, you don’t have to care about your patrons….

Will not return to this place.

The bald server (wish I got his name). Before I ordered he pulled the menu from my hands twice - like why. Over priced food. Frozen calamari. New York deserves better. Don't waste your money. The wings were good, but not enough to redeem the experience.
