Pizza was okay- got the margarita pie- could’ve been cooked a little longer… it was a little floppy.
Caesar salad wasn’t anything special; I asked for pepper for it and was brought crushed red pepper, not fresh ground black pepper.
Service was AWFUL. Our waiter came over, dropped our menus and never returned. The people that sat a few moments before us were almost done with their food before we got to even order!!!! We had to flag a runner down in order to order our food…. Sad.
No one checked in during the whole meal.
When we were done we flagged down the waiter and asked for our check. He heard us, walked away, and again… didn’t return. He was checking in on (multiple times) every other table… 😒
Finally, the table next to us asked for their check, he immediately turned around to get it, and I asked, “Can we get ours too?”, and he gave me such a nasty look.
We finally got our check, and surprise 20% gratuity was included 🙄. I guess when it’s already there, you don’t have to care about your patrons….
Will not return to this place.

The bald server (wish I got his name). Before I ordered he pulled the menu from my hands twice - like why. Over priced food. Frozen calamari. New York deserves better. Don't waste your money. The wings were good, but not enough to redeem the experience.

We went here for brunch on Sunday afternoon and had an enjoyable experience. The pear arugula garganzola salad was a pleasant surprise as was seafood pasta with squid ink spaghetti. The pizza comes out quick and was tasty, but not overwhelmingly good. Ordered the pasta fagoli soup, which has potential, but they ruined it by overwhelming it with oregano. Prices reasonable. Service attentive.

Last minute we had to move the location of a large party due to an unexpected event. I called Patsy’s and they were great at helping me out. The party was mid afternoon and they seated us in the patio area, which is lovely. The food was great and the service was perfect. They have a an extensive menu it is hard to decide what to order. The wine list is not large but they have excellent choices. Sangria was very good.

Real coal fired pizza just like their flagship store in East Harlem. Fantastic! Funny thing, they warn you that a 20% automatic gratuity is applied for parties or two or more. So if you want to have your own say in the matter of tipping, dine by yourself. Lol. Regardless, definitely come here for the delicious pies!

Pizza and Passat both of them tasty , and both portions they are big it’s enough for 2 person also if you are so hungry you can’t to eat it all alone 🤭 It deserve to try , and the service very good all the staff they are Cheerful , helpful and polite
