Pearl’s Dive is such a gem. We got the silver caviar flight and it was fabulous. I got the lobster roll with caviar and it was one of the best lobster rolls I’ve ever eaten. A++
Wonderful addition to Red Hook! They made accommodations for our last minute birthday stop for a party of 10 that grew to 14 and we had such a great time. Live guitar player when we walked in, delicious local sparkling wines, an array of delicious caviar flights and bites with a fire pit outside... All the things I love! Plus the staff was phenomenal. Would definitely come back for a date night dinner as the steak and skate look amazing too!

Pearl's Dive offers excellent food, including caviar and the Burger. The service is great and the staff is polite. The restaurant has a nice patio and live music. It is a cozy and welcoming place with delicious options, such as mushroom bisque and cocktails. The restaurant is highly recommended.
