Especially the food
The aggressive attitude I witnessed being shown to Mrs Yoo the other day is the worst I've ever seen. If the menu is outdated, change it. You don't charge extra for ice in an "iced coffee". And when tables are empty at 3pm, you don't throw paying customers out. The guy behind the counter that day is the absolute worst representative of your business.
