I ask for a chocolate cookie, but you only have one! The second one is a chocolate chip cookie, not a chocolate one. You need to treat your employees and take the headphones out of their ears, maybe the service will be better and I’ll be able to hear normally.

Nice service, cute place.

I would like to make just one suggestion to the owner of this nice place to change the hours and open coffee place earlier than 8 am.

So I walk into this coffee shop, the kind where the menu is confusing to the casual drinker, and you’re pretty sure half the words are made-up.I’m feeling adventurous and want to try something new. I pick a hot cup of something called “matcha latte” - probably cos it sounds like a form of martial arts. The barista hands me the cup and the coffee is adorned with what looks like a delicate swirl of leaves or petals - an image more Instagrammed than a sunset. They call this “latte art.”Sweet. So I’m drinking a forest. But - mistake! My first sip is less about aesthetics and more about survival. This actually tastes like I AM drinking a forest.Expecting a sweet creamy delight, I am met with the sensation of sipping a liquid sweater. Not just any sweater, but one that’s been worn by a sheep still living in the hills of Scotland. Very authentic, very woolly, very aggressive.Maybe it’s an acquired taste. The second sip is a definite not - unless one is trying to acquire a taste for yard trimmings. This feels like mowing the lawn with my mouth.Matcha latte. Nothing but a fancy cup of grass masquerading as an elixir of life.Moral of the story. Some coffees are better admired visually than actually consumed. Not all that glitters, or swirls artistically, is gold.

Love that I have this place in my neighborhood. It's a bit pricey, but they have lots of fresh and delicious croissants and danishes every morning and throughout the day. They also have a big variety of tea and coffee. Girls who work there are always very nice and provide good service. Big recommendation for those who love to have delicious baked goods once in a while.:)

I’ve never experienced this awful customer service in my life till today. I had a concern about our order and this lady barista gave us an attitude back. Also she started promoting her side hustle to us without even asking if we interested, which was very unprofessional in my opinion, the quality of her experience with communication screams bad customer service !!!!

Worst coffee I've had since the 80's. Coffee-flavored water. Freeze dried Folger's is better.

Your cashier (she called herself Elena) doesn’t speak English I and my daughter asked to get a scoop of gelato and she started speak Russian with us saying that the correct way to name gelato is ice cream. She was rude and with horrible attitude. I’ve never encountered someone like this. ????. She said I need to show her what gelato means because for her gelato is eclair. She refused to give my daughter gelato until me and my daughter pronounce it ice cream in Russian. Then she said that I disappointed her. I am a regular customer and to have someone liked her is a shame for this place. 11/ 19/22. Location- 225 sea breeze

The cappuccino is pretty good and the vanilla eclair is excellent. And you can sit and watch all sort of peeps check out their groceries... Great people-watching place.
