The service is fast. Food is good. I put in a order for festival (taste just like ones in Jamaica) and the lady was able to accommodate me with 25 festival as a walk in. Although she had technical issues with the system, she went above and beyond to offer assistance as hot fresh festivals. Hospitality was deff 10/10. Would come back and recommend.

Food, Amazing. Customer service, amazing. So much so that I wanted to tip the customers and I was told that they aren’t able to except tips and don’t have a tip jar. For a spot with amazing food and employees I would assume the manager would take care of his people but it’s the opposite.

Jerk chicken lacked authentic jerk flavor and tasted bland. Very disappointed.
Let me start off by saying this place fell off and if I can give it 0 stars I would !!! They card machines DO NOT work so be prepared to pay Cash only. Which is annoying because who carries cash anymore? Then I received my food and I paid for sauce on the side, didn’t receive it. The jerk chicken was so hard it nearly broke my teeth, I couldn’t even bite through it. Waited about 6 mins for the rice to be ready just for me to taste it and it be BURNT ! The best thing out of the whole meal was the plantains. I would not recommend this location AT ALL. Food is not up to par. And they do not care. After coming here for so many years ; im so disappointed! Wasted my whole food
