Petisco has some delicious food, but above all else is the excellent service. I had the pleasure of being attended by Pedro and when I say this man did everything in his power to make sure I had an excellent and amazing experience I mean it. He was very attentive to my wants, and helped me choose some of my new favorite items in the menu. I already enjoyed their food, but with the type of service I received I don't hesitate ordering again and again. I hope whoever goes has the pleasure of being served by Pedro.

Second time this happens to me in a row. I think this time was on purpose, I waited over 20 minutes for the order and now they say they want to give me credit instead of a refund for their mistake, I ordered and my order got completely mixed up, not giving me the chance to enjoy. Give it a zero stars thats a big no no, had to go back to the store, wasting my time and energy. Totally not worth it.

Petisco Brazuca's reputation precedes them as a provider of delicious Brazilian snacks, so naturally, our expectations were high when we opted for their catering services for our recent board meeting cocktail. Unfortunately, what should have been a seamless experience turned out to be quite the opposite.Despite placing the order well in advance and confirming the delivery time, our experience was marred by a significant delay. The communication and delay overshadowed the entire experience. While we understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, timely communication and proactive measures could have mitigated the impact of the delay. Our order was “being finalized” at the same time it was supposed to be delivered. In conclusion, their snacks are very good, their logistics and delivery service fell short of expectations. For future engagements, we hope to see improvements in punctuality and communication to ensure a seamless experience for all customers.
