Been back three times since my first review, and unfortunately need to lower my score in all areas. Place is good for kids (25 and under), people who want diabetes, and anyone who wants to wish they'd went somewhere else after they pay the bill ??♀️The servers are sweet, but not experienced. Management is....... lacking.Kinda just feels like another front, so they don't really care how the place is run....drink your rum punch, eat your restaurant depot food, and shut up kinda vibe.My grown self can't recommend it.Vegetarian options: Just ask. They were more than happy to accommodate me.

I celebrated my 50th birthday here at PICH. I had an amazing time. The DJ was amazing. And the food was good.

Tried PiCH with colleagues last night and it was really good overall. It was pretty empty upon walking in, but it got crowded pretty quickly. I suggest making reservations if you're going there anytime after 7. The waitress tried her best to attend to every table, but she was the only one so I get it. Hats off to her. The oxtail mac and cheese is so amazing! The curried mussels were tasty and we sure did finish it, but it was a little on the salty side. The drinks were really tasty, and it helps that there is a 2 for 1 happy hour special. The only thing that we didn't like was the pineapple fried rice. It was way too mushy and too many things on top of the rice. Also, shout out to the manager or owner, not sure who he was, but he was super professional when dealing with some unruly customers. We were very pleased with the food and atmosphere minus the unruly guests.

The shrimp & grits and oxtail & grits was delicious. The steak and eggs came out cold. My mom and I did bottomless but it wasn't worth it because we only got 2 pitchers in the hour and a half we were there (it's supposed to be unlimited pitchers but no one was refilling our pitchers and when we asked it took about 20-30 minutes for them to come). Our waiter was sweet but seems overwhelmed (he seemed to be the only one waiting on tables). To many managers just walking around pointing fingers instead of helping wait tables.

Great food!! Our server was very attentive, and made it a good time. The DJ was right behind us but the music was still at a good level to hear convos at the table.

Went for my 50th bday and had the time of my life. MJ the bartender did her thing with the lemon drops and was so nice. The owner was friendly and accommodating. I will be going back

Had dinner here last night. I really enjoyed my food and the waitress was very sweet and attentive. I had the seafood roti and salmon bites, my boyfriend had the mango wings and the Mac and cheese. My food was delicious. My boyfriend loved his wings but he was not happy with the mac and cheese. We would go back again.

We planned a new years dinner for some of my staff, in which we spoke with a manager to reserve 4 days prior. When we arrived the table was set and so we believed we would receive great service. Nope. This manager we booked with was no where to be found. It took 45 minutes for appetizers to arrive and after I asked the owner several times the status on our food, he did not know. Entrees come out two hours later. Also, the one vegetarian option on their menu, they did not have.Our experience was very poor and I would not recommend for a large party. However, if you have a party of 4 or less. It seems like this is a good place to dine.

The food was delicious. The drinks were great. My friends and I had a great time. The only con was that we should have ordered some appetizers because we were still hungry afterward. We had reservations at 1 PM and left around 3:30. The music progressively got louder, but we could still hear each other. I wonder how loud things would have been if we had gone in the evening.
