This business is ahead of the curve. Where else can you get organic food and drink, and have an apothecary and plant-shop right next door? The staff and owner have always been amicable and responsive.

Planted sets the vibes right before you step inside with beautiful decor on the outside. All the way throughout the cafe, you’ll find cute plants and a relaxed environment. I got the turmeric smoothie and it definitely added some pep in my step. Excited to go back and try the gluten free, vegan espresso brownie. The service is the reason the shop has such a welcoming environment. This cafe is a must try, they also host events ☺️

Pretty good food, great pancakes but a little overpriced. Just confused why there was multiple options for milk labeled “cow” even though they advertise that they’re 100% vegan? Not sure if I read it wrong but something to be aware of!

The Greatful Project
Planted clearly has something to offer compared to other neighborhood restos: it's vegan and the dishes I tried were good. However, since the last 2 times I went (July), two things seem to happen: 1) what i wanted was suddenly not available (hence need to order something else) and / next visit, order did not come as it was like my friend's and 2) for both visits I waited 30+ minutes for the order to process despite having no one else before me. I really wd love to come back but service is awful. Is it because i did not tip? (I have grown weary of forced tips for order pick-up). But then again they probably don't need my opinion.

I happened to be back in the neighborhood where I lived many years ago. I wanted to grab some breakfast and wasn’t expecting much, but was really blown away. The planted rancheros was delicious and so was the ginger lemonade. Now I’ll come back just for Planted!

The service was appallingly awful, a simple order at a time when there where very few customers took an hour to be served, after I repeatedly reminded the staff of the order. This is one of those places where you tip first, and the server told me that he could not reimburse my tip. And the food was hardly worth the wait.

This place is cute and the staff is super nice but the cappuccino was way too bitter (could be over extracted) and the milk wasn’t frothed well. I don’t see myself returning unfortunately.
