I happened to be back in the neighborhood where I lived many years ago. I wanted to grab some breakfast and wasn’t expecting much, but was really blown away. The planted rancheros was delicious and so was the ginger lemonade. Now I’ll come back just for Planted!

This place is cute and the staff is super nice but the cappuccino was way too bitter (could be over extracted) and the milk wasn’t frothed well. I don’t see myself returning unfortunately.

Planted has become a neighborhood stalwart. We were walking around the other day looking for a place to sit and relax with a drink and couldn’t find any place that wasn’t a chain or a hole in the wall. Then we said, Duh, Planted! Such a great vibe with plants lining the walls, cool, nice-smelling air, always a seat and a table, a nice bathroom, and tons of great drink options. This time we got a cold brew and a matcha latte—both were great. The food is really delicious and...
