Man who claims to be the owner of this franchise called me, mentioned he saw this google review, and spoke with so much disrespect on a level I’ve never seen from a customer service before.
Strange that he initially claimed that his manager wasn’t in the store to deal with my order problem but then later claimed to be the owner of the franchise when he got mad.
My order wasn’t delivered but the status says delivered so I asked him to officially cancel it so I can be refunded but he didn’t.
Original: Not trustworthy for delivery orders. Unsafe for those with allergies/health conditions. They got my order wrong: gave the wrong rice (which I cannot eat due to health condition) and only gave 2 proteins when my order was for 3.

Worst Pokeworks franchise. The man in charge of this store is incredibly rude and dishonest. You’re far from having what it takes to run a business if you’re not capable of interacting with customers with the slightest bit of maturity, understanding, and emotional intelligence. When a customer is objectively owed a refund and you don’t issue it, and treat them with disrespect, word of mouth of a bad reputation spreads fast, and everyone who depends on you for this business to be successful is set up for failure because of you.

Very low standard of food and service here. As a Pokeworks regular at other branches there’s something wrong with this particular branch. Food is stale or sour like it’s been left out for too long / isn’t fresh. So if you’re getting poke in Williamsburg I’d highly suggest the other poke stores.

I rarely ever leave reviews but this place is so far from trustworthy that I have to. My bowl was supposed to contain 3 proteins but there was only 1. Missing items happened multiple times. Noticed they do this particularly with pick up and delivery orders because they can get away with it and refuse a refund.
(Don’t take the risk of ordering from here. There are plenty of poke alternatives in the area that are priced better and you should direct your money to honest businesses.)
