I used to love Martha’s and their overpriced stuff until today.
I arrived with my friends and my certificed service dog.
The dog is wearing a vest and still the host requested proof. Still after I provided the proof the rude hostess refused to get us sit instead she waited for a distant table to get empty “because of the dog”. This is discrimination against disability and it’s illegal. I’ve been a customer for years and never coming back.

Absolutely one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a bakery. Staff are so rude!!!
We came in as a group of 9 people for dessert after a great dinner. Before we could even look at the cakes, the host with blue hair stopped us and asked if we were dining in. We said yes and were told to wait 15–20 minutes, despite the fact that multiple tables were clearly vacant.
