WORST Popeyes I've ever been too.I had an order for pickup and either all the employees miscommunicated with each other or they just didn't even start the order before I arrived because when I got there, the excessive wait time was ridiculous and there was no other orders/nobody else in the store. I ended up waiting OVER 20mins for something that should've already been done. The employees definitely don't care and just fool around here, DO NOT RECOMMEND they take forever

The food is medioca. The service is not good and the atmosphere is horrible. There are always teenagers sitting in there not eating kissing and feeling each other up. It is disgusting, they are literally in the window.

I went yesterday to Popeyes in Bensonhurst by 20th Ave D train Station . I ordered and he gave me the wrong order, I told him to cancel and give me the order I asked , He yelled at me and told me if I refund you the money I won't sell you anything , I asked for the Manager and He said I am the Manager Wow where are his Customer Skills , completely Rude and Arrogant , I got my Refund left Popeyes and I got Chinese Food. I was a customer for many years.

Popeyes is my go to fried chicken spot! This location has always been good to me. Even when I ask them to separate spicy and mild for the kids, they never give me a problem. Try also try to accommodate you if they don't have enough of a flavor or item.Their service is great and I always enjoy my chicken from them. They accept the coupons in the app and that makes the order even better. The store is the same old design as all the other ones do nothing special.

I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and it was absolutely disgusting !!!! As you can see in the pictures the bread is old, they added mayonnaise to the sandwich without my demand !!! The sandwich was cold and terrible !!!!! I would never come back here again !!! ( always check the quality of your food before you leave)

How is this place still open? I wish I saw the conditions of the restaurant before placing an order for pick up. It was too late to cancel the order so I just took it. I ended up throwing everything out because the chicken had a weird smell to it and it was slimy and straight up nasty.

I haven’t eaten popeyes so i was curious and ordered: Food came fast with the delivery i chose, but it was not too warm…i got a regular chicken sandwich which was not great, soggy and sad; biscuits i was looking forward to they were ok; mac n cheese and mashed potatoes with gravy were fine, a little too salty —-overall mehh , not gonna order again

Dirty trashy location. Tables are broken and nearly falling apart. Food and trash from previous customers left piled on the tables hadn’t been cleaned up despite not being busy. Every surface was gross and greasy to the touch. Honestly, go somewhere else.
