Chicken arrived cold and extremely dry. It appeared that this chicken had been kicking around for several hours before was sent out for dinner. This is another restaurant, scratched off my list, one and done.

Friendly lady working the register, but the food was anything but! I should sue this place! I will definitely be reporting to the board of health and the Better Business Bureau! I specifically mentioned to the person that took my order that I have food, allergies especially when it comes to lactose however, the scoundrel working in the back, possibly heard me, and it was smirking when he went to get my food… much to my dismay I noticed him grabbing the potatoes with his dirty gloves! This is not only a hazard, but it caused me to become extremely ill for the rest of the afternoon into the evening; it even had affected my work. I will have this place shut down ASAP and I am warning anyone who plans on frequenting this establishment to avoid it at all costs!

The chicken wasn’t bad, just a bit dry and nothing to write home about. The ratatouille didn’t have much flavor. But the biggest letdown was the dessert. They call it a flan and even show a nice picture, probably pulled from the internet. What I got was a soggy, tasteless pudding. Really disappointing overall

Used to always order from their midtown location when I used to work there. Now I find out that they opened another location by my house, and I am head over heels!!!! So simple, yet so delicious and comforting. Love this place and food!!!!

I discovered Poulette via MealPal. I tested the quarter chicken with ratatouille and it brought me back to France where I grew up! I also picked up the salt and pepper wings and I highly recommend it. Their blue cheese sauce is also very tasty with chunks of cheese. Poulette Rôtisserie Chicken is the ideal place to experience a French Sunday roast!

The roasted potatoes are cooked in the chicken juice and string beans, there's other side options that looked solid. Herbed mayo was great. Staff is always smiling and welcoming !
