After reading the reviews before ordering I was a little worried but I must say the staff did an EXCELLENT job (this was for a delivery and I did not go to the store). Everything was packed cleanly and all of the bottles were labelled, they also included the information on how to do a juice cleanse. When I ordered from the Pressed website I did not get the label or the info so I was very happy with the store and it arrived in the time window I expected and all went smoothly. I will be ordering from this store again!

This location has more options for drinks then the college point location so that was definitely a plus. There's a lot of options online that are normally not offered in store but this store definitely offers all of them so he's really happy about that. Me and my husband ordered 30 drinks and seven shots for pick up and we got a huge discount with the VIP pass approximately $108 off. we did set the time for 3:30 PM pick up and my husband arrived at 3:10 and the drinks were not ready. So I do have to take a star off for this. I think the girl at the front desk needs to be taught that every single pick up order should be ready at at least an hour beforehand. She genuinely wasn't planning on packing everything together up until 329 probably. She said that we came too early and I didn't agree with her at all customer service all about being ready.

Placed an order for 3 days worth of juice cleanses, 18 juices in total. They forgot one of my juices so now I cannot complete their cleanse. Customer service told me they could not deliver one juice. I called the store and they told me they could deliver the juice. The store called me back to inform me customer service already refunded me for one juice so now they cannot deliver the missing one. I don't care about my $5, I needed the juice to do the cleanse. I will be taking my business elsewhere next time to avoid.. as they put it.. "human error"

The Best Health Food store providing Every aspect of the Health Food industry that you can hope, think or imagine. Frozen goods, Hot kitchen and every Nutrient or Vitamin of need along with Fresh Fruits and Nuts that are ALL REASONABLY PRICED! I was introduced to the Emporium twobyears ago and I now consistently shop on a weekly basis. I use tobtravel to downtown Brooklyn to Back to the Land on 7th Avenue before they went out of business during Covid but I thank God for the "QUEENS HEALTH EMPORIUM! Kind and considerate people that are tremendously informative and helpful. Do yourself a favor and visit the EMPORIUM! One if a KIND! Did I add Fresh JUICES! It's a MUST!!! DO LIFE THE RIGHT WAY. I had the most unpleasant experience with the co owner of this bakery. I ordered a cake for my granddaughters baptyzm. It was red and looked more like a Halloween cake. I called ask to get the cake fixed . After long conversation finally I was told I can bring the cake back on Saturday morning for a "makeover ". I came and with in 5 min the cake was done. I went home and open the box and couldn't believe my eyes ! My baptyzm cake had a happy birthday sings with a cross on top! I called again and was told to come back. When I walked in the co owner was rude to me. The cake was fixed. I didn't received any apology. I was late for my granddaughters baptyzm. This is not the kind of treatment I expected from my favorite bakary . I'm very disappointed.

I've gone to multiple locations of pressed in NYC and California as I'm a VIP so I get 6 drinks for $25. Out of all the juices I've had so far my favorite is Greens 2 and Roots 3. I had a great offer as a VIP so an extra star for recognizing your VIPs. I've been to this location twice, the first time was fine but today I encountered a person who seemed to hate her life. I requested to try a sample of one of their new drinks and it made me feel like requesting a sample wasn't allowed but she did it begrudgingly. When she took out the juices, she put it close to her and didn't move it so I can pack in my bag so I had to reach over a lot because I got 12 juices. I don't think I would come to this location again as I don't need the negativity to ruin my day even if it was more convenient.

The bubble tea is very overpriced! It's 6.50 just for 1 cold bubble tea. As you can see, it's very pricy. It's also not cold enough; not the bubble tea I had in mind. I was expecting more from this popular store that numerous people buy from. I was not satisfied with it.

They have some of the best juices with very reasonable prices.If you get a membership you can unlock even better deals.They do free delivery so you can stock up on lots of juices for the week which is perfect for juice cleanses or meal replacements. Each juice comes out to just 4.10 when you have a membership which is phenomenal especially compared to other juice places.They have a wide mix of juices from roots to greens to lemonades and more. Each of their juices are so good. I love their roots line in particular.They also have froyo and açaí bowls which I tried before and again- so delicious.Highly recommend coming here. Pressed is truly the best.
