I was helped by a young woman who was so rude my husband and I walked cleaned out. Watched her raise her voice to another paying customer and couldn’t pay a dime for that kind of treatment. She’s average height African American, very frizzy hair pulled back. I’ve been a hiring manager the majority of my life you are absolutely losing business with this rude and loud hire. Shameful.

I work in an office above this Pret in Brooklyn. Super convenient especially in Winter and raining- don't even have to put on a jacket. I like the food for a quick lunch. I kind of feel good about the lunch- seems light and healthy. I don't have any bad experiences here and have not seen any. Ample room to sit so that is good for those times. I started with the wraps both meat and veggie; the hot eggs with spinach in the baking box, now onto the soups, which I like a lot. So far everything fresh and in order. There is always activity so I think the items are fresh. Staff is at time busy, but attentive and try to move the line along. When running into one around the store, always pleasant. Been a few years now so review is based on that.

A colleague picked up a harvest cookie for me and it was delicious. First time trying it and was pleasantly surprised with the thickness and taste. Quite filling, although pricey for one cookie but it did what I needed it to do. As per the website "An oatmeal raisin cookie packed with a tasty mix of cranberries, walnuts, raisins and rolled oats." As per my tastebuds, thank you!

Terrible customer experience. They start to clean half of the store during the busiest part of the day and make the customers move while they are eating. Keep the cleaning when they are closed or close your business. if you are open for business and offer seating area. then keep it that way.

They blast their music here. So loud. You can’t have a normal conversation let alone a business meeting at this Pret. Forget about having a zoom call. They need to put a proper cafe music on.

$12 for a soggy baguette. You would think a "French" sandwich shop would be able to get their "famous" ham & cheese sandwich to be consistently crispy but I guess you have to show up 5 minutes after it was made if you want

I encountered discriminatory behavior. Visited Pret A Manger at 2 MetroTech Center during my lunch break and had an unpleasant experience. While picking up a wrap, I accidentally got oil from the packaging on my hand. When trying to address the issue, a staff member (dark complexion, approximately 5'3'', robust build) confronted me rudely, accusing me of "Why are you keep touching the food." Even after showing the greasy packaging, her attitude was dismissive. Was pointed towards a distant sanitizer when I expressed concern about my oily hand.Felt discriminated against and insulted. No one should be treated this way. Disappointing experience at a place I expected better service from.

I've had many bad service experiences at this location but for me the final nail in the coffin was biting into a rotten egg salad

I purchased coffee. Cashier was rude and unprofessional. Shouting with me when I asked for sugar. That’s mean . I will not go this store again.

If an almost 11$ pre-made tuna sandwich is something you've been missing your whole life then pret is for you.

I work at metrotech area on occasion and my coworkers know I go here for lunch each and every day I'm there. It's become a joke now as they all know where Lissa is going for lunch. The soups and sandwiches are my go to and most times I do that two for $12 deal they have (small soup half sandwich). It's like I can't get enough. Oatmeal is outstanding. Don't forget the toppers for soups and oatmeal too. Sometimes they're not clearly marked where they are or what goes with what. Soup also comes with a small roll and you have to get that yourself too. The staff doesn't remind you about these things when you purchase them. My mind is usually on work or making calls during lunch, so I sometimes forget these small things. Honestly can't comment on the coffees as I've never had those, but my coworkers are in that monthly coffee deal thing they have here and say the coffee is good.

Staff is very rude or racist ( I don’t know) or unless I was having a bad day - they charged me extra for a shot of caramel but my latte was bland. I just don’t understand what’s the need for such behaviors? I mean we are paying for the food/drinks. We aren’t expecting anything for free. And I mean it’s 6$ latte - not that it’s cheap anyway.

Had the app subscription in December. They removed themselves from the app for an entire week so no one could make app orders through them! Very shady when people pay for a month subscription expecting it to last the whole month.
