I have been coming to this location for a while now, and honestly I am surprised at how much their management has changed within the past year. They have new staff, which are nice and respectful, but the service is super disorganized and slow. It took me 30 minutes to get my my mobile order. Even then, I had to go up to the baristas and inform them that my order is not out yet. On top of that, I had ordered a sandwich on the app, but that sandwich was not available at this location....read full review
Grabbed a lot of iced coffees of various flavors - really enjoyed the ginger shot, had the fresh fruit (blueberries and strawberries) and a breakfast sandwich. Sometimes the wait for drinks is a little long - you can preorder drinks which a lot of commuters seem to do, but I still never waited too long. Great place if you are working nearby, although the prices for somethings are a little steep.
I come every morning. Service is pretty good...except this morning. Totally sucked, 1 hot latte, waited 4ever, and the got the order wrong the 1st time. Happy Friday!
