I work in an office above this Pret in Brooklyn. Super convenient especially in Winter and raining- don't even have to put on a jacket. I like the food for a quick lunch. I kind of feel good about the lunch- seems light and healthy. I don't have any bad experiences here and have not seen any. Ample room to sit so that is good for those times. A colleague picked up a harvest cookie for me and it was delicious. First time trying it and was pleasantly surprised with the thickness and taste. Quite filling, although pricey for one cookie but it did what I needed it to do. As per the website "An oatmeal raisin cookie packed with a tasty mix of cranberries, walnuts, raisins and rolled oats." As per my tastebuds, thank you!

They blast their music here. So loud. You can’t have a normal conversation let alone a business meeting at this Pret. Forget about having a zoom call.They need to put a proper cafe music on.
