If I could give this bakery zero stars I would. I used them before for my birthday cake for my birthday and also incurred issues with that cake like made in wrong shape, missing signage after ordering it early, paying in advance so I thought getting my baby’s first birthday cake here would be cool. Worst experience ever. First they messed up on the pickup time for the cake to be ready. I gave them the option to make the cake by the time I need or to refund my money. They opted to make the cake. The cupcake cake they made looks horrible, looks like it is missing cupcakes, cupcakes not secured down and nothing like the number 1 in addition the writing is in two different fonts. Not sure if I needed to speak Spanish to receive a proper cake or if they just didn’t care enough to make sure I was a satisfied customer after their mistakes. Will not be supporting this business again. No thank you. Truly disheartening experience that ruined my babys day. Beware!!!

This is so unprofessional i had put this order in for my daughter early and when i reached here earlier today before they opened the cake wasn’t even ready when i reached here they rushed my daughter cake and messed it up. I WOULD NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM EVER AGAIN

The only good cake there is, tres leches. The cheesecake among others are terrible. I want to go there personally and teach them how to make cheesecake and other cakes. I don't know how they stayed this long in business. I get for the tres leches but I don't understand how people rate this bakery so high. They need teaching.
The best torta i've literally ever had. Avocado, tomato, jalapeno, beans, cheese, crispy bread, omg. And the green machine juice was incredible. AMAZING. I am dreaming of the torta ever since.

Love Princesa — they’re cheap, fast and make good food. I’ve been ordering takeout for three years, pastries, birthday cakes, breakfast platters, sandwiches, etc. Have never been disappointed. They operate a well-oiled machine and it’s amazing to watch how efficient they are. Neighborhood gem!

this cake was very disappointing it had no taste at all the cake taste like they froze it and let it defrost and just put all the toppings making it look like a good cake. this is supposed to be my 17th birthday cake and it was not good at all it was really spongy they also spelled my name wrong I would really like a full refund.
