The restaurant serves a unique blend of Puerto Rican and Chinese cuisine, with dishes such as rice with all the fixings, tostones with garlic, and boneless ribs or smoked meat. The staff is helpful and friendly, making for a pleasant dining experience. Portions are huge and full of flavor. The garlic fried chicken wings are amazing and you could probably order anything and be satisfied. It is a relatively small space but they make great use of it. Caridad China is a highly recommended spot for a Chinese-Boricua gastronomic experience in Brooklyn.
