Good concept. However, awful latte that was not drinkable and expensively priced at $9.

I hear they are doing some great community building from what I hear but I paid $4 for a small, 8 oz watery coffee The owner was unfriendly. Served in garage.

Nervous about posting this negative review since the owner doesn't seem receptive feedback on here. I will start by saying that I am a disabled queer brown woman since this space is trying to cater to people like me. When I first walked in I noticed a lot of activist art of the walls and a flag for veterans for peace. Clearly the owner wants this space to feel safe for queer folks and feel community oriented. I went to the bathroom and got sick to my stomach. I was extremely shocked by the racist/islamophobic comments around palestine. When my husband mentioned the uncomfortable writing on the walls of the bathroom she gave him a bucket of stickers to pick from to cover the wall. This is why I am giving this place 2 stars rather than 1. She addressed his concern but then proceeded to say that she allows the bathroom to be the wild west and lets ppl write whatever in there. I think for a place called "principles", this feels like a flimsy way to approach the issue. The lack of messaging around what is happening in palestine and the islamophobic and racist comments in the wall of the bathroom just left me feeling really hurt. If this coffee shop prides itself on inclusion and principles- it seems obvious to take a stand on US dollars being used on weapons being sent to Israel.

7 bucks for a small cappuccino that had was simply awful and had me grimacing. Not fresh and in such an ugly cup. The warehouse theme and aesthetic is all they have going for them. Gooooood luck

Got here at 3 o’clock asked for decaf cappuccino. coffee is extremely acidic and taste burnt too. Drove an extra 20 minutes out of my way and will never do that again. Cost for coffee is seriously expensive for what it is.

Calm nonjudgmental vibe and helpful in an empowering way for me as a blind person. Opened my mind to the deliciousness of macadamia milk in a hot mocha. And discussed the various plant based milk options in terms of water needed to produce the milk. For anyone else who is visually impaired, the entrance is easy to access . Early when opening, it might be easy to misss so look at the Google maps street view - it is the one with a large circular drawing on the garage door . I will be back often and am excited to train my NYU backed startup’s AI to this location so more folks with disabilities (and friends of people with disabilities) can enjoy this ethical small business
