Me and my daughter are visiting from out of town and wanted to try some NYC pizza joints. Our opinion of this joint is OK. Our opinion is as follows, we both agreed that their is not enough cheese on the pizza, the sauce was a bit watered down for our liking and the 1st bite just seemed bland to us. This seems like a busy place. This is just our opinion as the pizza was not bad, but also not as good as we experienced. Nice little spot if you want to grab a quick bite and hospitality was great and pleasant...

We eat here often for lunch, and the food has always been fresh and amazing. This time, though, they really went above and beyond for our holiday party. I was floored by how great the heroes looked and that they delivered early. Huge shout-out to Mary and her team. We will definitely use them again next year for catering.

Terrible, I saw the workers going in the bathroom with their aprons on and I told the server she told me they are taking the aprons off and hanging it on the bathroom door. I went in the bathroom and there is no hook. I’m confused. Why can’t they take the aprons off before going in the bathroom.

I placed an order through the Slice app and realized right after paying that it went to the wrong location — in Brooklyn, even though I live in Staten Island. I called the restaurant immediately (not even a minute later) to cancel, and the person on the phone said “no, the pie’s already in the oven.” That’s impossible since I called right after placing the order. They refused to cancel or refund me, basically took my money for something I couldn’t even pick up. Terrible customer service and no understanding at all — won’t be ordering from here again.

I used to work nearby 2 years ago, time flys as usual and I had the chance to comeback and visit the restaurant again, special taste, good hospitality and good prices also 🩷🩷🩷 I had the time with the chef and his wife working with lot of love in the atmosphere, you can feel the vibes.. I found this lovely family style Pizza place in Brooklyn around 11 am one day and was amazed at the single square slice for its quality, freshness, and affordable price as I just wanted a snack. I was literally thinking about the whole experience days later and found myself speaking about it by word of mouth. I really want to try all the vegetarian items on their menu. The staff there are very nice and being there felt like it was a family atmosphere. The time spent there was very positive, and other customers outside were smiling and happy to see Gluten Free Options.

HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, I ordered 3 plain slices and a bottled Pepsi. The girl who works there has a very nasty attitude. I said I'm going to pay with a debit card. She put the amount on the payment device $11.02 before I see the device, I said how much is it. She did not respond and she rudely pointed at the screen. I tapped my card. I got my order and 1 hour later I check my account and I see that she charged me $2 extra. My statement says $13.02. IF I WANT TO TIP YOU. I WILL. I'M A VERY GENEROUS PERSON. YOU DON'T HAVE THE RIGHT TO USE MY CARD TO TIP YOURSELF. A NASTY WORKER DOESN'T GET A TIP EITHER. YOU ARE DESPERATE FOR A $2 TIP? OBVIOUSLY YES. I SAY YOU WORK HARDER SO YOU ARE NOT DESPERATE FOR $2 AND WORK ON YOUR MANNERS AND BE POLITE TO CUSTOMERS. HORRIBLE
