I really love all the pastries from Pueblo querido and is the best espresso that I’ve never tried and also the baristas are super friendly and kind fav spot close to McCarren park also the cold brew limeade is amazing so refreshing the prices also are very affordable
Try their breads. Colombians are secretly known for not just good coffee but also really delicious breads. I usually get the “pan de bono” which tastes like a mild cheesy bread.
If you prefer something sweet, try the “pan de guayaba” it’s like a guava preserve inside.

Food was actually soo good!! First time trying a beef empanada from here and it was pefect. And the brownie cooking was also very good(a little too sweet but still very good). The staff was .... not welcoming to say the least. But it was busy and tables were all full. I would try again but don't skip the experience just because of underwhelming staff.
