Surprise find! Perfect spot to come in from cold. Super friendly. Great coffee. Delicious spinach filled pastry square and honeycomb. Tables and comfy chairs in open back area,
very clean. Would highly recommend.

Update (1/26): I like this place, especially since there aren't other third places nearby to read a book, etc. But I think the value has gone down:
• To sit down, you need to order a small pot to drink. That's a $10 minimum.
• That means a small pot of mint tea is $10. lol. That's like 80% margin.
• My cup yesterday was filthy (smelled moldy). Maybe they are cutting corners on cleaning now?

Best Adeni Chai in Brooklyn. Great snacks. Great ambience. Great place to read or finish up a bit of work. Lots of socializing going on too so don't expect a quiet atmosphere.
