Very attentive, they have people waiting for both the delivery drivers and the customers who are going to eat music with a very high volume and are slow, seeing that they have the people accumulated.

Well filled protein bowls. Enough customization that you can go back for a different dish each time

Handicap Accessibility
No step entrance
No step restaurant
Bathroom:
Would be small for wheelchair space
No step to bathroom
No grab bars at toilet
Cluttered knee space at sink
There were other bathrooms, perhaps they had wheelchair accessibility
Great food, friendly staff, and relaxed place to enjoy food.

Every time I order a drink, the drink is forgotten. This has happened 10+ times. What is worse is that they never want to rectify the situation or simply refund me for that amount, hence the two-star review. Food is great, but what is the point with poor service? Please fix this!!!!!!
Update: The manager has helped resolve the issue with the drinks by discussing these errors with the staff. In addition he has apologized and offered us extra food and drink. He has been really kind especially dealing with hangryness.
One other reason for my now three-star review is if you try ordering food from the website (to avoid the astronomical fees on GrubHub), the apartment number always disappears. So when the delivery person comes to deliver the food, since no apartment is listed, they either hold on to your food to be delivered at a later time or skip the delivery altogether. This is NOT cool. It's one of the top reasons I stopped ordering from here. Please fix this, I believe in you guys!

Went on a Saturday to the Transit Museum with my family. Went here for lunch. So quiet. Daughter slept, we dined, everyone was happy. Great spot if you're a parent looking for food and a break.
They’re bowls are great are really live up to the word “quality” in their name. The rosemary chicken and herb marinated steak is delicious. The tofu is alright but the real meats are a better option. Mac and cheese has a wonderful flavor to it and has crunchy bits which really add texture to it.

Food was good, atmosphere was good. Just really expensive. $18-19 for a bowl and a water? Also they are a little stingy with the protein selection. But the dining area is nice, place is clean, and the girl that helped me was nice

Great and healthy food to go - also the team at this location are wonderful and incredibly helpful. Special thanks to Khalia for going above and beyond with her customer service.
They have to be more polite.
It's very sad
