Food is good as always, but can’t help but notice the prices have increased and the portions have gotten significantly smaller. The Middle Eastern Platter used to be a great dish to split, but tonight it was mostly rice accompanied with much smaller portions of hummus and beets (we literally counted 4 bite size beets). Add that to the fact that the plate used to come with more sides that have mysteriously left the menu, and it’s no longer worth the price. Falafel and Za’tar Fries were highlights.

Staff is lovely, ambience is very nice but the cutlery was not clean.Food was average. Didn't taste that good.. but maybe that's what Mediterranean food here is like? I was comparing it to London. Nothing like it. However, it was freshly made.

Got the lamb, cardamom hot chocolate and fries. All were good - nice portions. The sauce with the fries is too little for the generous portion of fries and we were charged for an additional side :/.

For a cozy middle eastern brunch/dinner spot in bushwick, this is the spot. With cozy vibes, this spot is nice for small gatherings 6 max, no reservations either. The food was great and reasonable priced. The falafel was flavorful and not too dry. The fries and Brooklyn brunch sandwich was also a must try! Tea was okay, but lemonade was not too sweet. The shakshuka was also not too salty and really hearty! The baklava for dessert was a great way to end the meal.Staff were friendly, bathroom was clean. Definitely coming back to try dinner!

Chicken shawarma is my go to. But today it was really bad, half filled, barely any chicken.

Abysmal service, bad attitude. I ordered (and paid) online for pickup of 4 sandwiches and fries at 12pm, app confirmed and promised food by 12:10. Arrived at noon and a tall, bearded guy said they never received my order, they just opened, it wasn’t their problem, it would take 30 minutes to prepare the sandwiches, and I should call the app company to cancel. I responded that this was for a lunch meeting and there was no time for me to find another place and order in time. The beard made no apology for the lateness, no promise to make the food asap. Instead he acted disappointed they actually had to fulfill my (paid) order. Food was ready at 12:30. The shawarma sandwich was ridiculously heavy and oily. Za’atar fries were greasy and tasteless. Botttom line: food was meh and the ‘service’ made Tel Aviv sandwich shops seem warm and cuddly by comparison. I went here so you don’t have to.

Hi, I think there’s an error on the menu. You wrote Israeli spinach and cheese puff pastry which isn’t actually a thing. Hope this helps!

Absolutely delicious, oh my god I love it. This is the case when you accidentally get into a place and expect nothing, but it turns out to be very tasty, the staff is friendly and the service is fast. Very
