I now know to ask for my tenders extra crispy because the other way was not cutting it for me however the soda is still flat. The place was clean including the restroom and ofcourse the staff is there cleaning. Please keep that up.
One of the best locations in NYC. The workers are always nice and full of life. Jasmine is an awesome individual. She really makes you forget you’re in a “fast food restaurant,” her personality and care for her job are top tier.

I had hight expectations since I had heard all the hype about this place: the chicken was the juiciest and crunchiest I've ever eaten and the sauce was worth the hype! The fries and the bread were ok. The price not as high as I imagined. Defenetly the best fried chicken chain in America!
